To date, the total investment in the project has reached USD 485 million. The facility also boasts a multi-functional audio-visual hall that can provide high-quality services tailored to different client needs. Upon completion, it is set to become one of Sihanoukville's most iconic tourist destinations, and the rise of this new landmark in Sihanoukville is well within sight.
