Resort is located in Sihanoukville, the second largest city in Cambodia. The project has a total construction area of 200,000 square meters and is divided into three phases, with a master plan of 8 single block: 3 office buildings, 1 apartment building, 1 hotel, and ancillary facilities such as parking, clubs, auditoriums, etc., which will be completed as a large-scale integrated resort integrating office and tourism. KPS OFFICE BUILDING PROJECT IN SIHANOUKVILLE, CAMBODIA

 
The project is located in Sihanoukville, Cambodia’s second-largest city and largest seaport. It has a total construction area of 75,000 square meters and includes two towers, an entertainment center, and surrounding outdoor facilities. The towers are designed as twin structures, with a construction height of 88 meters. Upon completion, the project will further enhance the infrastructure and support services in the Sihanoukville region, contributing to the robust socio-economic development of Cambodia and establishing a model of win-win cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative.
