The resort project has a total construction area of approximately 200,000 square meters and is developed in three phases. The overall master plan includes eight individual buildings: three office buildings, one apartment building, one hotel with parking facilities, a clubhouse, an auditorium, and other supporting facilities. The project will be developed into a large-scale integrated resort combining office and tourism functions.
